Visa fee payments are non-refundable. We do not refund passport execution fees, visa fee payments, nor compensate for travel expenses in cases of missed travel or denied entry into Kazakhstan. We do not refund fees. We are mindful that most of our applicants/customers are not familiar with the relevant laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We may refer from time to time for guidence to U.S. government code of federal regulations (22 C.F.R. § 51.53) in the rare instances that an exception is granted under special circumstances.
